Just back from a really excellent run - first time I've felt proper like myself in weeks. Am buzzing (and rather relieved!)

Lovely bluebells.
Well done all runners today and excellent nature wrangling skills TM.

I didn't get out for my planned run, but I did swim, bike and lift heavy things, so not a bad day all in all.

Good heavens, TurtleMama, that was an eventful walk!
Bluebells here are a bit behind the Surrey ones.

Out with the running club's "gentle" group tonight, but wasn't feeling good, so I left them after half an hour and came home.

Loving the bluebell pics. On Sunday we went for a walk in the Cotswolds where bluebells carpeted the woodland, and the scent of wild garlic (which Turtle was merrily munching!)*hung in the air. Gorgeous !

Sports massage tonight. Worst bit was my toes. Apparently they’re curling a wee bit. Thought she was going to snap them off! Need to add them to the list of stretches that I don’t do….

CStar be great to see you - will be staying for cake after too if you are around for that.

Another mad day but a good one. Have just finished getting ready for an exhibition which is taking place this weekend. It should be a good one, unfortunately I'll be missing every day of it as I'll be away but lots of prints ready for it which I'll drop off tomorrow.
