Afternoon people! Lovely photos, ITG. Love a Fetchie meet-up 😊 Big hugs, Serendippily xxx Our boiler died last night. We have a very nice man coming this afternoon to replace a sensor - I thought we would have to wait until Monday at least so I’m relieved. |

Lovely pics Dio and ITG. Blimey SWoo, not the time for your boiler to pack up! Finger's crossed the chap can sort it promptly. Little run done, foot niggly but doesn't seem any worse for having run on it, so I'm sure 34 miles next weekend will a breeze . Need to do a dress rehearsal kit check in the next couple of days (I have brand new trail shoes I haven't even run in yet!) and then I'll probably rest my foot the rest of the week. |

Afternoon all - fab photos, glad the boiler is getting sorted Woo. Absolutely done in here - seem yo have woke up with sore throat/chest and feel wiped up. Two lovely frosty dog walks done, and Mr Moo is making a chill so I am having an early shower and a g&t, and then curling up on the sofa for the night. |

The one week I could have had a lie as all local Parkrun’s were cancelled….and I’d volunteered to do course check! So an earlier than usual start to check. A couple of steps on the car park/start area was just about enough to decide to call off. But we tried a bit further but treacherous in places. Managed a snowy 5k round golf course instead. Back from works Christmas lunch. Home early. That was third do in a week and am out twice more! |

Lovely pics today Oh no MM, your symptoms sound a bit ominous to me, but better now than in a couple of weeks. (()) Hope the heating woes are fixed SW. I got out for a lovely afternoon run and got home before dark, had to make sure I ran on the right side of the road at times as not all the pavements had thawed out. |

I knew there were parkrunners who work their way through the alphabet. I talked with one once, after a race where he had been running and I had been marshalling; he said he'd be going to Poland for Z. But I didn't know there were parkrunners chasing Fibonacci numbers. Very cold here today with smatterings of snow. Didn't run. Good pictures, ITG and Dio. |

Gorgeous pics Dio, that's my kind of perfect run 😊 Christmassing here today. Turtle's school Christmas fair (she sang in the choir, I won 2 bottles of plonk on the stalls) then we went to the farm next door to get our tree. Decorating tomorrow. |
