Got a lift to the woods and did 4.5 miles with TedDog. Not really enough - he was fine (even nipped at his coat til I took it off him!) but an hour was plenty for me. I got a bit chilly stopping and after when the spare car key set off the alarm while GC and Toffee were still walking. Bit embarrassing!

Hope you feel better soon MM and LG No run today, we helped at Stokes Bay junior parkrun - plan was to run after but we were so cold, we didn't want to take our layers off and run so we went to the cafe instead and had sausage and bacon butties.

I find it hard to work out the correct layers and end up having bits of me too hot and others too cold at the same time. Most confusing
