Nice pics. :-)

First park run with dog today, A bit chaotic as he was completely over-enthusiastic, but we got round. 'The short lead only' is a complete PITA as it means I can't run with the extendable lead I normally do with him. It's frankly putting me off doing pr these days.

Looking forward to Triadventures tomorrow with him. Should be much less stressful, hopefully ;-)

First snow covering of the year here, about to venture out with the dog.

Spent the night burning up and shivering and ache lots. Suppose I best need to go find a teat from somewhere!!!

Morning. I seem to have caught Moo's lurgy. Staying in bed until TP gets back from a long run, then I'll do brunch. Then haul my backside out to find holly and ivy to decorate my mirror (I have a huge circular driftwood mirror. At Christmas I weave holly and ivy and fairy lights into it so it looks like a giant wreath 😊

Lots on this weekend so decided not to Triadventure - glad really as don't fancy driving down there. So 7 miles out the front door on the plan. Except it's really frosty. Meh. In running kit...
