I hope the racers are having a good time! luck Great photos from Kempton too.

I was up first this morning and out with the dog early enough to buy warm croissants for breakfast :-) Then I took her for her 'proper' morning, it came on to rain heavily and it hasn't stopped yet :-( But I have my kit on, so I can pop out if things improve, but won't beat myself up if it's a day on the sofa wigh my knitting instead.

Morning gonks.

Well done Linds :-)

I'm planning on an afternoon plod later. Currently sat on the sofa, catching up on email etc. Got someone collecting a couple of commissions in a bit. Apart from the run, I need to tidy up the back room (aka studio/home working space) - it has gone full-on messy.

Morning/afternoon!
Managed to get 14 miles done on the bike and dodged the showers. Sometimes, I think I should be more like my cat. Get up early - do the stuff that needs to be done and then go back to sleep! If I'd done that, I could have had a longer bike ride as it was lovely at 6.00am today (when I let her in for breakfast)

More painting and maybe a swim or yoga later.

Have decided to get professional in for the downstairs windows that have not been painted properly since we moved in 11 years ago. I've finished touching up the outside windows.

Hi all. Missed all your good luck wishes this morning. Thank you everyone. I hope Caz is doing well.

My race was ok. Faded by mile 5 and a nasty incline up on to the bridge in the last mile. I reckon I just have to get out and do more practice!

Well done to everyone who raced and ran this weekend. Awesome you did 7 miles, Linds.
