Only catch is that if you go over your contracted volumes the extra pages can be relatively expensive, but for regular usage it is great.

I'm planning on doing the 1st quarter of the Yorkshire Challenge ultra this year I think. Only 28k, so not an ultra at all, but I want to build up to doing the 50k option next year (think I'd break if I did that this year). So have figured out an 'ultra half marathon' training plan. The event finishes just up the road at Ripley Castle, so seems like a good one to do. And walkers are welcome so I won't be last ultrachallenge.com

um Jan 2021 1:58pm, 4 Jan 2021 3,985 posts	0 um Did a 5 mie run to start the year. Not enough to trouble those heart icon things. First 15 mins into the wind and uphill - miserable. Middle section - almost pleasant. Final 15 mins, although downhill, was still cold & windy & miserable again. Hilly enough to warm me up though - not quite NDW level hill reps though. More 'up the hill, down the other side, along a bit, up the other side, then down'.
