Autumnleaves
Morning - I am having a tea break. Back to work today - lots of donations to thank people for though, so that is nice

[ Since I can no longer get the out of date ones free, I have switched to the HP Instant Ink subscription service - a lot cheaper than buying cartridges. Still looking for a catch, have not found it yet ]

Morning. Struggling to get back into work so have distracted myself by putting together a running plan.

We use HP Instant Ink too. No hassles. New cartridge magically pops through the letter box with no need to place order. Only catch is that if you go over your contracted volumes the extra pages can be relatively expensive, but for regular usage it is great.

Same here sallykate! Its a spreadsheet after all so surely that counts as work ? I'm planning on doing the 1st quarter of the Yorkshire Challenge ultra this year I think. Only 28k, so not an ultra at all, but I want to build up to doing the 50k option next year (think I'd break if I did that this year). So have figured out an 'ultra half marathon' training plan. The event finishes just up the road at Ripley Castle, so seems like a good one to do. And walkers are welcome so I won't be last ultrachallenge.com |

Fragile Do Not Bend
Oh yes, the other thing I had to sort out was her Amazon account which was texting her password reset links. Trouble with that is she doesn’t have a smart phone so no way to click on a link in a text.

Did a 5 mie run to start the year. Not enough to trouble those heart icon things. First 15 mins into the wind and uphill - miserable. Middle section - almost pleasant. Final 15 mins, although downhill, was still cold & windy & miserable again. Hilly enough to warm me up though - not quite NDW level hill reps though. More 'up the hill, down the other side, along a bit, up the other side, then down'. |

WA did anyone answer your query? If you're on the Train page, about half way down, you can see your targets and progress.

Laptop and printer now set up ready for on-line schooling to start tomorrow. Swimming booked for tonight. Better get it in as I think it may be the last for a while. |
