ITG 🇮🇸 Sep 2021 6:06pm, 23 Sep 2021 13,495 posts	0 ITG 🇮🇸 I signed up for a WOD (crossfit) because it came right before active recovery that I really like. Latter has just been substituted with yoga. Am now in unfathomably bad mood and don't want to do any of it. I'll go grudgingly to the WOD but I'm not adding to the bloody yoga numbers and giving them any suggestion it might be popular.

I filled it by running to and fro along Exmouth seafront to work out how to break down 26.2 miles into psychologically manageable chunks

I have decided I prefer pretty races, the others are unnecessarily stressful, but it’s a bit late to pull out of vlm now

(()) LD, shame I'm not nearer or I'd pop up on my bike and bring you a little treat. That's what I plan to do to a running buddy from my old club. I went to help at the club C25K group this evening, I found my place out the back.
Turtlemama Sep 2021 9:16pm, 23 Sep 2021 1,589 posts	0 Turtlemama Evening all xx. So, huge congrats to MM and photoset for imminent grandparenting 😀. Bunting to all 700 ers, I've probably missed loads. Little update here, I'm generally tired and lack motivation, but will probably do C2C on Sunday despite it being far too hot. Running has felt a hard struggle recently, so aiming for 110 mins rather than 100. I'm finding it hard to balance a weight loss target with running energy. I'll reassess after the weekend anyway. Hope the 700 crew are all ok anyway xxx
