I do need to put my big girl pants on and start thinking maybe about races and pushing myself a bit more, but I'm so SLOW at the moment! Like really proper backmarker slow.

September seems to have been a popular month for weddings (also my parents). Feeeling strangely anxious and sleeping badly the last few nights. Wondering if it is the rooibos tea I have started drinking in the evening. It's caffeine free but perhaps there is some other stimulant that disagrees with me, at least at bedtime. I'm a sensitive soul.

Just get out there before we prime Sharktopus .
