Morning
((Linds))
Loved those big eared baby donks pics yesterday and Woos 6 legged prize winner :-)
Walked 50 miles ran 30 last week. I think I’d better have a break from WSW before I break myself

Only spitting here.
Have a lovely day off, nsc.
Teebs' words are wise, Linds.
That's a lot of miles, Dipps - please don't break yourself x

Did I mention that I did a little run/walking last night? First time out of a walk since 3rd May. Hip was fine :) :)

Morning, well run to those recovering or restarting 🙂
No running for me today, but TP and I will do a short walk on his lunch break just to get some fresh air

Morning. I’m not making any promises about what I will or won’t do today. Yoga is a given (I’ve already done it - shalom 🙏 ) and I’ll try to log on for the club strength session tonight but I’m not sure about running. My planned lunchtime run yesterday was kiboshed by me spending 15 mins on the phone to our IT bods in a futile attempt to undo something I’d done wrong, and then I spent the rest of the break watching and reading stuff on FB and Twitter about the protests in the US and then crying. It wasn’t a good day.

I've just weighed myself. Also feel like crying. Why is it the things we have visited upon ourselves are the most upsetting?

Will run at some stage today as it's Global Running Day :-)

Am being interviewed for a work GRD vlog with a coach from RunnersWorld.com in US - Get me :-) :-) I will then be totally and rightly eclipsed by one of our guys who is an Ultranutter and has done all sorts of mad things as Ultrarunners do. :-)

Dog walked in very very sparse rain, drive swept of leaves (the plane trees in the road always drop as many leaves as they put on, at this time of the year) in very slightly heavier rain, and now we've got 'proper' but still gentle rain. #700weatherreport

It’s raining here so might go on my exercise bike later. Waiting for my Covid test results so really can’t go out although I feel fine except for the cough and headache. Job wise can’t go in until I know.....it’s like waiting for the results of a pregnancy test except I really want a negative result ;-)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
