Oh Linds - so tough for you - can you take even 5 or 10 minutes just to walk round the block or do a bit of yoga? x

I tried running a few steps on my walk at lunchtime, i didn’t feel anything untoward But it was by no means a full and exhaustive I'm not sure I’m going to get out for a walk or cycle this evening.

Just caught up a few pages, was about to comment Dipps' comment above. haha.

Well done Millsey, that's fantastic. GF's daughter has been doing C25K and has started doing 25 minutes. She still doesn't like it but we're proud of her. :-)

I had another walking day today, a short one out at Bradgate Park, near Leicester. It's halfway between our house and GF's sister's house. The first time they've met up since lockdown. Had a good wander, saw loads and loads of deer (sometimes I long for a proper camera with a good zoom) and had a picnic under a tree. Then I got home and slept for 2 hours. I'll have a rest from running today, may go and do a couple of hours in the peaks (Bakewell isn't far at all and GF is meeting friends there) tomorrow.

Good day for a rest day today. :)

I decided to just walk instead of run today, it's easier to walk with a brolly than to run.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
