Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lots of feeling down at the moment.

Dipps: I'm also bone-tired in the evening for no reason. Well, OH keeps waking me at 6am. But otherwise.

Been for a run. Feel a bit more equipped to face the day, though my armour is fragile.

That's a good description, Linds - 'armour is fragile' - that's how I'm feeling most of the time. Not up to facing challenges or doing anything too difficult.

My day for running but it took effort to get out of bed this morning. Went for a walk instead - a couple of miles in the countryside put me in a better frame of mind. However after German with J this morning, all positive thoughts now gone. ICT, maths, drama and 'RE to go. Wish me luck!

Dog walk done. I made a point of stopping to take photos of all the flowers I saw, and they were pretty cheering.

Now I need to cycle down to the pharmacist to pick up my prescription, and that'll be me indoors for the rest of the day by the look of the clouds gathering.

I hope my new laptop battery comes soon, I don't want to Zoom on my phone :-(

I did my last bootcamp and am now watching thr snow and waiting for birthday baby (12) to get up for pancakes. Take out pizza and cake later. I won't meeting my dietary goals today!

Argh, have just had to change all my clothes as I got completely drenched by a hailstorm/cloudburst when I was on my bike. Of course the sun is out again now 😁
