Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Parkrun done and dusted. 28:56. Course had dried up a lot from previous weeks which probably explained a faster time than before Christmas. Wasn't feeling that positive when I woke up but really nice to see people again and have a catch up. There was also cake afterwards as a 100 milestone had been reached by one of our regulars. Not that I need more cake but it was good!!
Then had to drop car off for Mr PL and into town for usual shopping. Bumped into a friend so had a quick chat as well.

Got home to find the cat had been accidentally shut in the kitchen so for once she was pleased to see me!! (after I had let her out)
Have a good weekend everyone!

Long run here. Started off cold but ok but heavy snow for the last 6k was just miserable because I could hardly see and the snow kept stinging my eyeballs.

sounds uncomfortable ITG - well done for getting it done :)

House has been de-decorate ed . Should takes the lights down from the plum tree, but I'll miss them, they are so cheerful in the gloomy evenings.

Well done all parkrunners, runner-marshals, and all points in between :-)

bunting for some New Year PBs from Molesy and Knitwit :-)

Sheesh. Although that training session wasn't, in retrospect, amazingly hard in theory, I found it really hard going in practice. I may have got the miles done in 2019 but I appear to be stuck in the one pace - very slow. I must get back to the track I think.

Well done Molesy & Knitwit bunting

I, ahem, also had a parkrun PB today. 22 seconds off. And parkrun no 99. No 100 will be much, much slower!
