Morning all. Decided that parkrun would have been a rush as I am heading out in a bit so opted for an earlier run. Feeling it in my right knee. Thought it may have been due to old trainers when I have had it before but wore newer ones today. Will put a little tape on next time and see if that helps.

Good luck to everyone who doing park run and just runnning I planning to go out 2mro morning

But hope to get out for a 45 min walk to get my 3 mile a day that I got so far

Got to go tesco now to do a little shop :(

Then we going to my wife mum and dad there just round corner for a game and drink afternoon thing

Trail shoes were definitely required, mine acquired about a kilo of extra mud :) Nice to catch up with Groundhog, photosensitive and CStar :)

I enjoyed photosensitive for Photoset -little run done now fighting with garmin to upload it. It was very good to be out.
Best of luck tomorrow for adventurers (including meeee :-) ), Rosehip at Stanstead Stagger, SallyKate at Tadworth and CStar at XC (sorry to bagsy Fleecy)

Did my 1st parkrun 5 years ago today didn't think I would still be doing them but I am.

With this thought in my mind my running mojo as they say has returned all be it a bit slower at the moment

Glad you got another run done, Dipps! :)

I marshalled at parkrun at the furthest point away from the start. I walked/ran a little bit up there (it’s also the highest point on the course) and ran all the way back. Just under 2 miles but the first time I’ve run at all in yonks. Ankles a bit achy but not enough to make me limp. :)
Going horse riding soon :)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
