um
Gentle walk today rather than a run - but, not surprisingly, along some of the same paths, although in a different sequence as the past 2 weeks.

And probably the scorchio-est day of the year so far. Full on t-shirt, shorts and sandals weather.
Nearly needed sun tan cream.

For those that are treasure hunting, I may have submitted too early - 3 pics I got today that I could have used instead.

I'm off to find a gym class to do. I think every morning my leg is getting better but then if I have to run to get in the work door case someone is waiting to let me in I can't even run 100 yards :-(

I have been a bit short of work, but am keeping myself a bit busy attending the office HSE and Positive Mental Health Champions briefings. This was a nice graphic to take away from the PMHC chat.

Currently in a queue outside a Halfords to get brake fluid for the car. I'm on my bike (due to aforementioned brake fluid) and have dropped off/collected needful things at various friends' porches.

Lovely photos um chaffinch

I hope you get a good class LG.

That's a good graphic, GH. I might borrow that and send it to our Mental Health team, if that's OK?

Turtlemama
Evening all. I'm reasonably content today. Just done 2 short (10hr) overtime shifts to bank the hours for the school summer hols. So at work by choice and the sun is shining. Came home to TP handing me a glass of wine and the turtle wanting cuddles on the picnic mat on the lawn. And she's watered my veggies and done some school work 😊.
"Rest" day tomorrow involving PE with Joe, a short run, a bit of home schooling (yes it's holidays but it's something to do and we can work outside) and doing battle with Waitrose.

Huge hugs to those not feeling so good today xx
