I'll try Carp. I really fancied Warwick since it takes in a lot of the country lanes I run routinely. However I've been super lazy recently and not done more than 8 miles for a while. Need to buck my ideas up!!

Rosehip, camping at the NT site on Windermere. Been there for the last 2 yrs and it's great since we can launch the canoe pretty much from the tent, and the turtle knows her way around and will happily pop to the shop alone (aged only 4 last Yr) to get ice cream or groceries. Easy to pop to Langdale for climbing too 😊

bit far south for me - more of a North Lakes fan - but I'll be somewhere in Cumbria and fancy trying the new Ambleside parkrun...

Urgh, track was horrid tonight. Perfectly good pyramid session, it wasn't too cold and just a bit breezy, but I was struggling even in the warm-up! It never ceases to amaze me how far 400m round a track is, and how hard it is to run it ;-)

Evening gonks. I've been out for a run tonight, it was so cold but enjoyed it. Early night for me as I'm in work early tomorrow so I can leave a bit early to watch the glamour tie of Lincoln City vs Pompey. :-) Just looked at my mileage and I'm on just under 100KM, a much better month than I've managed recently. Glad to be back on it.

Fragile Do Not Bend
FFS I have a painful hip after this evening’s run. Why do bits start to fall off when I make plans to do a significant race 😡

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'
