- posted on the dog thread, but good news re the injury, unlikely to be full rupture - most rest required. Less good was a needle biopsy taken from a lump that has appeared on same knee more good wishes and luck needed...

it's gone all sunny here :) but I'm sticking to the plan and not running.

luck and scritches for Ralph dog

Happy birthday SW! Do you have cake yet?

Long run today as lurgy prevented me doing it Saturday and post-lurgy CBAitis prevented me doing it yesterday. I don't really want to. Please send Sharktopus.

Corral, sounds like you have the bug that my husband and I have both been suffering from. This bloody sore throat won’t go away but the lurgy has mostly gone. My husband, however, is on his second lot of antibiotics :(

I have gold nails. Aqua aerobics was a lot of swishing water about while looking furious think my foot was ok with it. Are too much lunch to go back to pool so am home with coffee already. Lovely day :-)
Well done Sweetie that’s great *goes off hopefully in search of blog*
How did 12bar do, has anyone heard?
Lots more luck Ralph x

Where did you go, Seren? Any good? Always looking for good spa opportunities in that area as Mum loves a good spa.

Lythe hill Linds I loved it but then my friend paid for everything as a 50th treat so it’s hard to be discerning. Really liked the aqua teacher, food was a bit stuffy - all quite heavy no fancy pants salads - quite busy. Same chain as old thorns but less choice of food on site and better views x

Thank you. Old Thorns perhaps a better bet, then.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
