Fragile Do Not Bend
Morning. Woke up to see on Facebook that our lovely old village pub has yet again had a massive hole put in it overnight by joyriders taking the bend too fast and crashing into it. Just as they were getting ready to open up to the public again.

They had a bollards put around the pub after it happened the last time but they are of no use in the face of a speeding 4x4. As it’s a listed building it’s going to take many months to sort out. I feel so sad for the owners :(

Morning!

I slept like a top (I mean, very soundly, though I've always thought that phrase should mean tossing and turning) but now I have a 10k 'race' to run. I have tried to find the flattest, easiest route I can for it :-)

Enjoy your beer CAZ - we won't be joining you in any pub anytime soon!

Morning all! Slept quite well for once!

Great news ITG - about the cello & Team Banana performance. You don’t mind losing fairly and they can be hugely proud of what they’ve achieved.

Hypoallergenic cats & dogs made me laugh. In my experience they all have a poo in them AR - mine certainly do (sorry) #browntrianglealert

Saturday means Super Rugby 🏉🥳 so won’t get out till after lunch but planning to celebrate my last day as M50 with a 12 mile, well, stagger probably as it will be my longest run since September

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
