Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bunting for team yellow, well done, excellent play. I could barely watch my granddaughter’s team playing larger opponents, often ended in carnage.

There are massive shoals of sprats here, it’s fascinating - some of them beached on the steps. Dinner time for mackerel, & seabirds.

Team banana knocked out honestly in the quarters by an honest mixed-sex team from a small town. (In small towns and villages, the girls can play in the boys' division if they don't have enough kids for separate teams).

Baby committed a shocking professional foul which even he admitted would have been a straight red but it wasn't malicious and noone got hurt.

They are off to the movies to lick their wounds and fight on for 5-8 place.

Phew on the cello!

I’m under a lot of pressure to get a dog but have allergy issues for me and D1. Apparently cockerpoos are hypoallergenic so need to investigate further. A friend has one so as lockdown eases further we’ll try meet up to play with the dog and see if there are any itches or sneezes...

Busy old week in the ITG family.

PH, any kind of dog with a poo in it is supposed to have the non-allergenic/shedding gene in it, so I'm led to believe. Any cockerpoo I've ever met has been a very adorable little doggy and easy to train too.

Son1 got a Labradoodle because his partner is slightly wheezy around dogs. She still moults, but he seems to be fine (and they're on the waiting list for a second!)

ITG, have you tried researching non-allergenic cats? I believe there are some.

Weather here has been atrocious all day. Hence no running and minimal walking.

Hope all is ok Dipps.

I’ve just an interval session and am currently lying on the settee attempting to recover. 😂 I finished 20 minutes ago and my face has only just started to look it’s normal colour rather than very red.

Long day at work - 2 days to go until I finish for some much needed annual leave
