TeeBee
Good point AR. Although I think it is just for locals, isn't it?
LD - I don't think there is a standard marathon distance, is there?

Great photo, um. Sodden here off road too, but no bogs. Hopefully.

:-) marathon place TeeBee so exciting that I’ve forgotten the rest. Except the Wye, impressive & definitely no swimming

um
AR - the photo was on Red Shoot Plain (nr Linwood / Red Shoot Inn)
Had run from Milkham car park to Linford, but chose to come back round by Linwood to miss the bogs/puddles/lakes in the woods.
Saw a couple of deer - but they were too far away and too quick for a good photo.

I think I once seen some runners with numbers on when I visited London - would that have been *thee* marathon?

Went out for 4 miles tonight, calf feels fine but I will ICE it anyway

I’ve run that one TeeBee. Sure you want to do it. Not a lot of runners. Quiet. A distinct lack of support. ;)

Good plan LD. I like the way you think!

RunFit class at the gym. Which is like a circuit for runners. Though considering changing to LG’s gym. Did a wee walk too. But getting bothered by blisters again after yesterday’s long run. Sigh.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
