TB LM : Good luck!
Miles ticking over here ... avoided the wet cold stuff over the weekend, but another NF run, 8 and a bit miles, today. Missing the supposed double digit temperature - still cold, and and mostly bog/marsh rather than grassy tracks. Hence stayed mainly on cycle paths and roads to avoid worst bits.

Is that the marathon that's longer than any others, TeeBee? Good luck
Strengthening was quite good though we started with a lot of balancing on one leg and twisting this way and that. I was rather cognitively challenged
Just spent the afternoon power washing the drive; about one-third is lovely and clean and Cotswold stone coloured like it should be but the rest looks even filthier now. Guess what I shall be doing all day tomorrow
Track tonight. Apparently we are 'setting bench-marks for future progression'. I think that means I shall run as slowly as I can get away with. My progression will be thus awesome in a few weeks' time

Is that for 2018 or 2019, TeeBee?
Um - lovely picture. WtnMel - squishing Fetchpoint bugs? - I see you've lost no time in exploring the website's possibilities.
There were men with power-washery things busy in Builth this morning. Builth is on the Wye, and it was clear from the state of the lower road that it had been partly under the Wye at some time in the last 24 hours or so. Layer of mud, and debris, all over the place. The Wye had got back within its banks, but only just. Very high and very fast, it was.
Been swimming. Not in the Wye.

TeeBee - my question is answered: I see it's this year. And AL, RRR, and Seren. And my Youngest Son (deferred from last year).

There are notices on the bank telling people not to swim. It tells them in two languages. Perygl, dim nofio.
Tried to book in to tomorrow's vibe cycle class but it was fully booked already. I shall thereforfe do the next of the C25K runs. Run/walks, rather.
