Very nice bench, ITG. Is it benches rather than bins now?

We don't have very pretty bins - though I'll keep my eyes open. In fact, it's always wise to keep one's eyes open while running.

Lots if messing about in garden - some digging and then cleaning. Nice 3 mile run done, it's beginning to feel more comfortable and I am enjoying it again. Dog walk and now settled down ready for strictly

A good running day today. I ticked off my NENYD, which was also my 20th different parkrun, and there was an orienteering event in the same park straight afterwards, so two events for the price of one journey.

Oi! I thought the 1500 thread was all about the benches. You lot have got bins, haven't you?

(Nice bench though, but perhaps a bit uncomfortable for sitting unless you have a square bum.)

That bench is quite nice but looks like it belongs in a steam room!

Some great parkrunning today - bunting for RRRRRR 200th and PH & LG's 222s. :)

Great running from lots more of you too and marshalling Columba. :)

I'm wondering why that bench isn't covered/buried in snow from recent weather reports.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
