Have fun Caz
for Linds' - hope that you can hang on to it
Had a long lie, but still tired. It's been a bit of a week and I've not had much exercise - the less I do the less I feel like doing - St Neots tomorrow, so at least I'm tapered

Good luck all runners and racers today, well done Linds on the and enjoy Kendal (has Lake District envy). I am back from a 3 miler in which all my miles were under 12 minutes (which is pretty unusual for me these days) so I am happy with that. 🐌

More Lakes envy here.
Also running St Neots tomorrow, opportunity to add Seratonin's sticker there. Really tired from lack of sleep lately, don't think the time will be impressive.

5 seconds too fast at parkrun today. It was my 222nd run and I was aiming for 22:22. Thought I was going to have to get a move on at 4km so did and then really slowed for the last bit to the line. Thought it would be taking the p*** to stand at the line and step over on the right time
to racers and ((())) to those in need
