Morning all. Back home today, but getting off the island might be a little delayed as the ferry we're booked on was the one that ran aground in the fog yesterday
No track for me tonight, as it's committee night, but given the state of my foot it's just as well. Can you get acute fallen arches? And if so how do you get them back up again?

Mooring, all. You're more tolerant than me - more than a couple of minutes of snoring and I huffily decamp to the sofa. Didn't need to, last night.
Off to the salt-mine then we'll see if quads have forgiven me enough for a little run tonight...

Morning. Not really caught up but lots of must mean you are all being as awesome as always. Off to work - slept pretty well so hoping the jetlag won't catch up with me.

Back to w*rk hugs for Ymee and AL
I don't think so Daisy, but you could try an insert in your shoe to support the arch - I had Scholl ones which helped.

Fragile Do Not Bend
LD, I had arch pain which, after some thorough googling, I decided was likely to be a problem with the posterior tibial tendon (yes, I know I probably should have gone to see a doctor or physio).
Can you stand on the affected leg and rise up onto tiptoe without pain?
