Morning. Late night (including tequila) means not exactly firing on all cylinders this morning. Plus we’ve got a Watt Bike challenge on the go at work today where we take turns to do 15 mins and accumulate the distance to compete against others in the industry. All to raise money for breast cancer so a great cause, but I’m not looking forward to my turn (at 8:38)...

Morning all. I slept very well after the champagne last night, but it triggered a weird dream. Vacuuming done, breakfast eaten, and now I'm finishing a mug of tea before walk/running round to the village hall to assist at Toddler Group.

Survived my Watt Bike session. The lactic kicked in after about a minute. Scraped my A goal of 9km :-)

May well be roped in to another go later. Will definitely not get 9km on that one if it happens!

Working all day. It is terrible!

Leg considerably improved. Swelling and pain both down. Probably the voltaren. Not doing my guts much good though.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
