Sorry to hear you fell over Alpen, glad Ymees Dad is doing so well and sorry for everyone else who's news I have forgotten. Back to work this week so not as much time for Fetch. Arm feels so good today I forgot to even take my sling to work and it was fine. Hump day done so it's almost the weekend :-).

Isn't the beach flat though Alpen? 
Meeting was much better than anticipated, mainly we were a group of three and not the full ten. I could also say something very sexist about us being three women, and no men who IME are often averse to making a decision, but I won't

Evening. Interesting Jogscotland run tonight. Involved hill sprints, fartleks and squats at every play park we saw en route. Who knew there were so many parks within a 6 mile radius!
