I think the breakfast that works best for me is one slice toast and peanut butter and one slice with jam. - if it's an early start then a peanut butter sandwich eaten en route is the other
spotting a theme - do you like peanut butter?

Yip. Peanut butter & banana on toast is good if not a porridge fan. I’ve taken a liking to a chocolate milk breakfast drink that keeps me going for ages. Up & go is the name if that helps.

My only Half this year, in Torremolinos, followed a breakfast of scrambled egg and smoked salmon, croissants and some fruit. I felt better at the end of that Half than I've done after any other and my time was not *that* disastrous

Peanut butter unfortunately would mean several loo stops for me... love the stuff but it hates me! 5K parkrun done this morning. Just entered a 10K for next weekend instead of DownsLink
