Would love to get to Iceland for your race ITG - maybe once I've escaped from this job I'll be able to - but can't do it this year
OTOH - whilst Iceland appeals, Florida doesn't - apart from maybe some nice weather.
5 miles is a good run for a Monday evening LG
no run here ( again) weather looks okay in the morning - I may need Sharktopus if I don't kick myself !

Finally got Kettlebells done to start the week. I've not been to Florida. Only had a short stay in Iceland, but what we saw we loved and I'd like to go back and see more.

Back from the AGM. Typical, the first one I've gone to and the person doing the club champs was sick so they weren't awarded.

That seems mean AR, why couldn't someone else do it?
I have just remembered that my conditioning class, which normally Monday, is Tuesday this week so I can go after all. Oh joy.

I don't know LD. It was all very underwhelming as far as I was concerned.

Evening all.
Last running school lesson today. Got videos of before/after. Quite a difference. Especially in my hips and time in the air.
Then did a wee treadmill run. Am in a Fitbit workweek hustle challenge with a few colleagues. So thought that’d help. Nope. Getting thrashed. And I’m on 11,000 steps. Need to up my game tomorrow!

I went to the gym. I had 28 minutes before the pool shut and did 1k in 25 minutes. Partly helped by being really bloody pissed off about something.
No running. Pretty certain my shin/calf pain is medial tibial stress syndrome. Whatever it is, it sodding hurts. There's a very painful point when I press on the calf muscle at the side of the tibia. Physio appointment on Thursday.

Morning all (sorry, just catching up now! Busy day and prepping for a work related trip to Norwich. It is hard to get to from Belfast, one option seemed to take me home via ITG's local airport!)
