Morning all.
859 miles on foot logged on Fetch so far this year.
A bit of my brain thinks, "If only that were running."
Another bit of my brain thinks of it as preparation for running.
My knees say, "Can we sit down please?"

luck RRR.
Rain/wind just picked up in east dorset, we were going to watch the Cowes-Torquay-Cowes power boat race going past Portland, sadly the visibility is rubbish becoming worse.
+1 for running in rain, but yuk to cycling in it. Great ride yesterday, we could see the IoW in the morning from cliffs near Church Ope Cove, & with binoculars to Dartmoor & Start Point across Lyme Bay to the west - Fleecy & LazyDaisy, hope you saw my waving :-)
Lovely photos, I love uk moorland, miss my Peak District dogsitting days.

Lol ferret you wouldn't see us today - just back from my run, only 4 miles but I loved it as the wind is really strong, the waves are very loud and the rain is very wet!! Need to jump in a nice hot shower asap.

Surely the power boat race won't happen in these conditions?

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
