I did a surprisingly pleasant 11 miles in the rain this morning. Thoroughly wet, as was the dog that I did the first 4 miles with, but satisfying.
And feel *so* virtuous for having done it

Running in awful weather always seems to bring an added dose of endorphins, I find. Partly because, as on my run this morning, virtually the only people you meet are other runners, and you give each other a little nod of respect at how hard/mad/dedicated we are

Well done roberton:) Have you been yet Badger? Hmmmm? I did 5 and a bit super wet and windy miles earlier, they were brilliant and I was ridiculously fast for me. Possibly because I didn’t stop to walk and take photos, but beasties the hills
