....forgot nearly everything I just read. Gorgeous pictures from ITG and NSC, welcome home pothunter, well done TR.

Anyone racing?

I timekept at parkrun which was fine, but the finish tokens got in a muddle - about halfway in a string was given out backwards by mistake, then they gave up on that string and moved to the next string so the watches and tokens were miles out. Thankfully I wasn't RD :-p

Now just finished stage 3 of trying to de-infest the chicken coop and enclosure and shed. Red mites :(

My cabin got sold last week - and I found it the very day I had arranged with my friend to go see it :/

So I decided to enjoy the countryside from home - drive to beautiful locations nearby and explore.

I am very lucky that pic is from a run from home, it’s less than a mile from my door to the gate onto the moor :)

I had a beautiful long walk with my friend along the NDW near Guildford today. Not run, however. Going to need to sneak some long runs in somewhere for my target!

Walked to shops with pinktinkbmc & DS got home no one had key Oops another walk to pinktinkbmc friend who had key when we were away to feed our birds phew !!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
