Sounds very sensible Footpad, but I'm sorry you have to take such action
I went back to track tonight, and it was great It was just the sort of session I like - really good warm-up and the main work was 3 x 3 lap sets, which the coach called 'turn and burn' - ie take the bends gently and go for it down the straights.

Footpad
Had to think about my injury prone foot... age has caught up with it. Arthritis and Gout in the big toe mean I have to look after it a bit.
I am aiming for Brighton Marathon in April and Guernsey Ultra in May however
