Well done Charlotte, footpad, Sweetie I would get up to 16 on a run walk if you can, a couple of times if you can, but more important not to break yourself than to make the miles, and lots of little runs and lots of walking all seem to Build stamina too xx

Fierce and Focused Fleecy
Ran to play on the bouncy floor this morning and then ran home the long way back. Logged it on the Fapp and found out it’s a mile longer than I’d guesstimated, so I edited my runs last month and hit 80 miles after all! Then ran with my friend, luckily she didn’t faint but she ended up passing out the other day and being taken to hospital so I was very careful to take lots of walk breaks!
