Nice bling, Margherita!
Currently delayed at the airport but all calm and quiet - one on tablet, one on phone and both parents on laptops.
Bit of a change from a magazine, a bag of sweets and "are we nearly there'" for 8 hours in the back of a car.

Oooh I didn't make the connection, NSC Wave if you go by the cameras!
Right, I need to go out for a 60 mins easy run. Might bag me some WSW squares while I'm at it.
Have a great interview, FP!

Nice one Bint
Morning all and back at work so thankfully wont be dragged around any shops today.
The realisation has suddenly hit that it is the Ride 100 this month and I am no where near fit enough to for. Really hoping I can get out on bike this weekend - I need to do some serious miles........

Running occurred here too, shortly before 8 a.m., - it was already 19* then. Fartlek session.
Linds - in the early days of our marriage we had next-door neighbours who used to have screaming rows at night (the male half of the couple had red hair and OH used to refer to him as "the ginger tom"). We never actually called the police but got very close to it one night.

Phew. Morning club run day, and I found it quite hard going after last night, and in this heat. (Though apparently, according to my Garmin, which still thinks in Fahrenheit, it was only 72*, whereas the 10k on Monday was 82* and last night's race 77*. It certainly felt hot enough for me!)
