Huge round of applause for Carp's work at the food bank.
Tri-baby was better today but easily bored as between us we had one laptop that I needed on which to work and no telly. Back to school for him tomorrow and I should have my Russian class. (I am TERRIBLE.) Managed a steady 5 miles to keep my place in the chart!

Evening all.
Work also put paid to my club run this evening - got home too late, and too shattered even if I hadn't been late, to do it. I have a meeting out of the office first thing so can't run in, which means it'll have to be a run home tomorrow evening.
Bag is packed. I will do it.

F**king freezing here today, it was -12 down below and -16 up top with a strong north-easterly giving an extra wind chill. So I was having a conversation on a chair lift and mentioned that I'd put on a pair of tights extra today. My skiing buddy said that he had 5 layers on his bottom half and when he'd got undressed after skiing yesterday he found that he was wearing 2 pairs of underpants and didn't know how that had happened!

lol, alpen, tri-baby does that with pants and vests - he can have up to three vests if I don't keep an eye on him. He doesn't like taking off the warm one when he gets up and putting on the cold clean one!

Ds1 is currently wearing 2 tshirts under his school shirt and a pair of pj bottoms under his school trousers. He's basically an onion.
