I was a lazy arse this morning. Planned to run to work but at the last minute turned towards the station and thought I'd get the train part of the way. When I realised that my part of the Overground had survived the tube strike I just took the train all the way as usual. Tonight I have to collect my car so in theory could run 4 miles back from work to get it. I don't think it will happen :-(. Mojo gone AWOL again. Bugger.

Have left coat at home. plan to run to Surbiton tonight. I rarely have meetings on consecutive days I hope I do not freeze on multiple trains home but at least this way I'll have my coat for 6am train tomorrow. my head hurts with all the logistics

LD. I've read somewhere on internet that lurgies people are infectious days before they feel ill & from weeks it might have been 3? after they feel better. But I hope you recover quickly, & MM & anyone else not well.
