House moves are horrid, I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end though MM
Yay for Molesy!

Proper rest day today, been in my PJs all day and we didn't even go swimming in the end. Had a nice day with ds2 though, watched a really good film together earlier.

Morning :-)

Aren't you in Seattle, JD?
Surely that means you HAVE TO DRINK COFFEE! And that you have to do so in a trendy coffee shop. And order a Triple, Venti, Half Sweet, Non-Fat, Caramel Macchiato hold the llama

Morning :-)

Very American JD!

Wot Bint said - but I bet you've already scoped out where the best coffee places are (avoiding a certain brand?)

Off down to Greenwich for a running technique workshop this morning. Not sure what to expect but hope it will give me ideas on how to be more efficient and minimise chances of any more back problems.

Morning

Always thought it I went to a running technique workshop, they'd just say 'give up running'

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
