That's none too shabby, FML. You've got to be pleased with that

Busy times everywhere - fabulous news from molesy - made my day :)

Spent several hours with Mr AL as we grappled with the registering a charity process for the local good cause the Big Walk is for. It is so hard to follow!

Some good efforts and attainments going on :-)

Last night's trip to A&E (not for me) meant that I didn't get to eat or stretch post run. I expected to be sore today, but I'm not ~ but that may mean I get G.A.S* tomorrow :-o .

[Touches wood for luck and hopes not to curse the endeavour] Five and a sneeze tomorrow will see me crack the 100 :-)

* God Almighty Soreness ~ what I now know is more correctly/commonly termed DOMS.

Good running, FML!!!

I'm thinking of compensating (a bit) for today's missed run by using the elliptical cross trainer for the duration of the men's Australian Open final tomorrow morning. No time to run tomorrow (not more than a couple of miles, anyway) so it would be a good few hours of aerobic exercise if not actual running mileage.

98 messages read and I can remember is whoop whoop for Moseley,

Horrid couple of days for me - issues with the move meaning that we will have to move out of our house before we can move into new house - better than losing the sale .

Crap day at work yesterday and will no doubt have loads of fall out to deal with on Monday but I am meeting my running buddy in the morning and then will be seeing my Dad who is over from Barcelona so all looking good tomorrow :-)

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
