back. phew. 18 miles 99% run in 4 hours. Includes popping into Tesco. Tesco Reading loos quite similar to race loos... Slowing down to 13mm felt odd to start with but more or less held that for 16 or so. Shame it's uphill from the Thames to Woodley in the last 2! Bit blowy, but good running conditions mainly.
Good.
Hopes for excellent weekend runs for all.
(90 miles, won't do another 10 before Monday. sorry fans)

Fabulous JD, was just wondering whether you were back. Have now planned my 14 miles in a loop closer to home with frequent loo stops - that and watching the live flight information of flights back down from windy Scotland!

Som...we know
Strengthening was a bit hard this morning. At what point did I morph from a reasonably flexible person into a block of wood? I'm going to have to find a yoga class to go to.

Well done JD!! Must be that XC training last week which made all the difference I did 10 along the river with my uni friend, it was a bit muddy and drizzly and slow and very nice indeed. 99 miles
