Morning - your running streak is very impressive GM :)
Evening run for me (as usual) - got a tasting this afternoon (canapés), such a tough job ;)

no running last night, work happened. Still day off tomorrow to do 18 (eeek!) so another rest day isn't a bad thing and I need to get to work and sort the mess out today. Another late one likely. Off to the US next week so exercise where I can grab it. My closest colleague has got another job so while they don't seem to be putting pressure on me to naff off anymore, life will get busier. Arse.

Still 18 + parkrun will = my highest mileage month ever, so that's good. Not much cycling or swimming!

hope the injured are improving and a good day is had by all, and the weather is the same tomorrow morning as it is now (dry cold and bright, my favourite!)

Morning! Glad your leg feels a bit better LG.
Planning to long run later, but heed to work first and not watch the tennis!

Belatedly, morning all! Walked the dog (what a beautiful morning it is) then once my sister's been to drop her dog off before they head Down Under again, I'm meeting friends for a cheering-up coffee (they need the cheering up, not me).

I went to club last night but pootled round really slowly with the 4 mile group. My foot was ok while running but this morning - ouch! Beginning to wonder if I should see the doc - might it be a stress fracture? The point of pain is very specific.

A steady 5.5 for me this morning the affect of this pulled muscle in my back is taking its toll on my pace times but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Its already been a busy month running wise for me already on my highest month total and should reach the fabled 100 mile mark on Sunday! At least I don't have to take a pic for that one lol!

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
