That's what I suspected Bint :-(. These ninja men of mystery are in high demand.

Evening. Rather pleased with myself. After gym & run fails this week managed a run tonight. And that's with puppy sitting. Took her out for a walk after work then did run. Got to take advantage of this peculiar mild(ish) weather.

Run took me to 897. Should hit 900 on Sunday. :-)

As he said, he's not going anywhere (leaving the thread or anything) so there's no real reason for :-(

The thread just needs someone else to do the admin, that's all. :-)

I'd offer to help PP out but with my own plans next year I wouldn't be able to be reliable enough. I am DEFINITELY quitting this job next year which means much job hunting and then no doubt a good chunk of commuting (probably weekly) when I do get a job as we live nowhere near anything to do with my industry.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
