Corrah
Just back from a run and was at club last night. Got a day off tomorrow and lots to do, which will include buying new running shoes 
Kim - have a look at my race portfolio I've added all the ones I've entered so far.
GWS to all the ill folks and Seren hope you get some answers about what's up with the puss cat.
December tomorrow and I've got shiny new PBs this year in 5k, 10k, 10 mile, Half Marathon and Marathon. I am totally delighted to say the least. Also had the most amazing time in the Lakes. Would love to give you all a massive hug for all the support this year. It has been a difficult one in some ways, but it has also been the one in which I finally got my shit together so to speak Onward and upwards.

1000 miles up for the year for the first time ever tonight. Chilly 10k out with DD2, finishing up at Broadmoor. Perfect for running nutters

Ferret it's possible the treatment might be laser- related and I believe that's pretty successful. Hope to catch up with you in person soon!
I never realised that it only snowed when someone mentions snow That's the sort of thing that makes Fetch such a fab place!

Yup, I'm loving the snow but thankfully none in real life
Actually fairly warm still up here which is odd. Has the South got our weather?
Meant to say to MM - good news on the little one. Hope they decide to stay put for a bit longer too though.
Can't wait for next year's Lakes 700ers Fetch Fest It will be fantastic.
