Hope your ok Ferret

Day off changed today. Daughter didn't go to work, exhausted, so spent the day with her. She is wiped out, mentally exhausted and very uncomfortable but we are almost at the magical 28 weeks that the hospital want to get her too.

Therefore no running, exercise or anything but a very nice day

Brrr! I think we've Scotland's weather now
I love the NHS, couldn't believe how rude, ungracious & unappreciative some people were in a frantically busy clinic. I have a clot? - vein occlusion on retina that resulted in sudden loss of vision, 2 rows of letters on the board. If it gets worse I need to go back in, for what I don't know. Some, possibly most vision usually recovers & I'm going back next month. Need to get blood pressure down but it's as if the medication isn't even trying! I might blog because it's too
easy to be complacent about it when you're young & apparently healthy but so easy gto damage tiny blood cells.
Wonderful cats, love the photo, stroking a pet reduces blood pressure :-)

Hi gonks, sorry I been awol but I've been running and stuff. :-)

This is already my best mileage for a November ever, and I'm about to go out for a short one. Two hours in the tattoo parlour this afternoon. I'm a little achy.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
