Oh Linds 
& yes it's very lovely out there, sorry Bint. But, 1st & last mile of my run were only walkable with care, huge frozen ruts & ploughed footpaths 😂. The sunrise was worth though.
My GP could do nothing to reassure me yesterday, he spent 30minutes on hold to ophthalmology whilst questioning, talking, writing letters, testing vision compared to prescription & reading previous eye history. Then they cut him off. He tried again, same thing, gave up. He could have seen 3 patients in the time wasted dealing with crap. In retrospect A&E might have been better. Anyway hospital just rang, I'm going in about half an hour

I was tempted to go out and enjoy the beautiful frosty morning but I have to run back from dropping my car off for MOT tomorrow morning and figured two days in a row on a sore foot was pushing my luck

Brilliant Bint! George followed me upstairs last night and sat on my chest in bed demanding attention and acting as a welcome hot water bottle. Despite being OH's cat he has chosen to adopt me apparently.
