Mr fleecy made me chilli but my legs are really not impressed and I don't know how I will get down 2 flights of stairs now... It was really lovely running with Paula, SK and Kat. The first 18 miles were really good and actually quite easy, but 20 miles+ was just fucking awful, TBH A great day out though, really enjoyed it. Some walkers beat us, though they probably didn't dick about at every aid station though!
