Happy birthday Columba
Am fed up now - curled up on sofa with tummy bug that attacked me last night so yet again no exercise yesterday or today.
Getting well cheesed off with it all now ........ but on a plus I have the log burner on and a dog curled up next to me

Oh my word how gorgeous. And I love the name
Despite still feeling pretty rubbish I am aiming this evening to run 3 of the 6 miles I had scheduled for this morning. If I go home thinking I have to do 6 I won't go out; 3 is do-able.

Some beautiful pets arriving on the thread at the mo. Being a dog person, obviously I'm biased, but I'd say Doris is the cutest
Well this is most odd. Not a single DOM has afflicted me after my circuits session last night. Maybe tomorrow? Anyway, I went for a swim and just plodded up and down (unlike JD's very impressive programme) but at least I got a mile chalked up on my training log.
Everything would be tickety-boo except my ball of foot/toe/metatarsal/whatever is really painful - even when I was swimming it was aching
