Congratulations on a brilliant wava, well deserved.

With regards to 4th, our secretary clocked a sub 21 in our 5k race recently. He is in the mv60 category and came 5th!

Vet categories can be seriously competitive. Particularly Vrap’s group - I have a couple of age group places in trail races where I would not have placed if I’d run the same time as an F55. (Not many in the age group, at least one of those if I hadn’t placed it would have meant being last in the group, but the point still stands I think)
