Hi, Having received my Fetch regular email with a reminder of its existence I have been using the Benchmark feature under the Training tab. It turns out that a 5 km part of a 30-min anaerobic power session yesterday (helped by a Coros Apex) was one of my best for a while. I hit WAVA 73.3 and this is my 15th-best 5 km time, not beaten since 2015.

This was not an official race so it does not contribute to my Fetch standard, but it does show that mixing in some speed work recently has been effective. I'm feeling pretty pleased today, especially since I'm 63 :)

69:38 Wava for the Monument Mile at Stirling Uni earlier; 6:19 OT. Never ran a race on a track before.

First heat of 24😂 They’re expecting a few sub 4s later.

Thought I’d be last man overall, was in my heat😂 But I think I maybe beat someone in heat 23.
