Cannot wait for the swelling in my arms and wrists to go down so I can start to do some gentle ones against the wall or something. I am not a very patient person so being an actual patient is hard!

Had a few weeks off, life and CBA's getting in the way. Will try and re-start again this week.

Just wow TBR! That’s amazing. I don’t think I’ve done 39k press ups in total in my life!

I managed 100 this morning before heading off to get my second jab. Taking the rest of the day off pressups, will see how it feels tomorrow.

No ill effects at all after the jab, apart from a slightly bruisey feeling in the arm. So the regulation 160 done today, and all is good.

Through 7000 with my 120 at lunchtime today.
If my maths is right I'm tracking for a 16000 total by the end of the year, which would be nice.
