Yep, CW, it is. But it's only about 170 a day, and on good days i'm doing close to 300. If I fall a bit short, not really bothered. Probably be more p/ups than I've done in the rest of my life put together anyway.

had a revelation today. I've found it is easier doing sets closer together! Before I was leaving 30-1h between sets, but I always found my shoulders were a bit stiff at the start. Today I've been doing 2x 25sets with each 25 10 mins apart and it's way easier. I've done 150 already

I find that my second set is easier than than the first if I do them within 30 mins. I guess it must be something to do with the muscles getting fired up?

Finishing the week with a flourish and 200 for the day, in 10 sets of 20 whenever I had a free moment. I take the weekend off so next efforts are on Monday.
