Earlier in the year I had quite a bad mountain bike crash which included (amongst other things) a partially detached tendon on my elbow. It got better but then it got worse again. It's reached the point now where I can't lift a pint of beer to my mouth with that arm so press ups are out for me. I'm hoping it will get better and I might even do one or two before Xmas but I'm not going to trouble the spreadsheet again this year.
